Wii! The Revolution commeth

Nintendo is getting some flack for the name of it's next gen console - Wii (Wee!) is what it's going to be called. I don't know how well that is going to sit (not that it will matter, many will likely still call it Revolution) as some may not buy it because of the name. Their loss perhaps. It seems that Nintendo is trying to go after the fact that they are building something that is more of a social experience where the interaction is between more than just the player and the silicon. Good plan overall and once you think of it, great marketing (looking at the controllers for inspiration according to the Nintendo site), but I'm sure that it may have been better named something that retains the community aspect, but sounds a bit more, I dunno, macho.
